The Women of Faith (TWOF) is NCM's premier community initiative. Periodically, women come together in a sisterhood setting to encourage, uplift, and support each other. TWOF has hosted these monthly gatherings for over 14 years in an effort to equip women on their quest to experience a better life. As a result, many of the women in attendance have become authors, entrepreneurs, educators and coaches, accomplished personal goals, and have improved their personal relationship with Christ.
In addition, TWOF participates in community outreach projects to serve and support women and families in need including the N Street Village women's shelter.

On March 30, 2024, The Women of Faith hosted the 3rd Annual Life Support Empowerment Conference event in observance of Women's History Month.

Yes indeed!! After I left I felt inspired to FINALLY unwrap a gift from work and start my new hobby (collecting records). Leaving the parking lot googled a spot and bought my first Jill Scott album.
Literally have played it every night, that conference reminded me I don’t HAVE to stay stuck.. I can have joy big or small.

Thank you for hosting the event. I can’t tell you how beyond blessed I was (and still am) by everyone’s presence, the testimonies, and fellowship! I related so much to the dancer. That anointing on her spread from her first step! I have to find out what that song was. The food and dessert was amazingly delicious too! As always, you and the others outdid yourselves! As a follow-up to the Life Support Conferences, we created the
Sister Circle Saturdays community support initiative. In this day and time with everyone being so BUSY, this is an opportunity for women to take 30 minutes each week live via Facebook and YouTube to be inspired and encouraged.
Sister Circle Saturdays gives us the opportunity to take time to focus on ourselves and our mental, spiritual, financial and physical health. Each session will be facilitated by women who want to share what they have learned to help others.
